Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check & Packing

  Ensure the items are in their original condition with all tags attached, and pack them securely in the original Dudeme packaging.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 24-48 hours to pick up the package at no additional cost to you.

• 4.
  Refund or Replacement

  Once our warehouse team verifies the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange item immediately.
